— Full Name: Used to identify you in bookings and profiles
— Phone Number: Used for account creation, login, and notifications
— Password: Encrypted and stored securely for account access
— Profile Picture (optional): Used to personalize your profile
— Shop Images (Barbers only): Used to showcase barbershop services
1.2 Information Automatically Collected
— Location Data: We collect your current location and addresses when you use map features to search for nearby barbershops. Location names and coordinates are stored to improve future search results.
— Booking History: We store all booking data including dates, times, services, and completion status
— Notification History: We maintain records of notifications sent to you
— Reviews History: We store all Reviews records that you give or that was given to you
— Camera Access: We access your device camera solely to allow you to upload profile photos and shop images and for barbers to scan clients QR codes. Photos are stored securely and not shared with third parties except as necessary for display within the app.
1.3 Barbers-Specific Data
For users of the Razi Barbers app, we additionally collect:
— Shop analytics (calculated from booking data, not separately tracked)
— Working hours and availability
— Service offerings and pricing
— Team member information (if applicable)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
— Account Management: Creating and maintaining your account
— Booking Services: Facilitating appointments between clients and barbers
— Location Services: Helping you find nearby barbershops using Apple Maps (iOS) or Google Maps (Android), as provided by Expo
— Notifications: Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and queue updates

— Notification Services: Expo Push Notification service to deliver alerts

4. Data Retention
— Active Accounts: Your data is retained while your account is active
— Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we perform a "soft delete" meaning:
-Your personal profile information is removed from public view
-Historical booking data is retained to preserve other users' booking histories
-Data associated with completed bookings remains accessible to the barbers/clients involved in those bookings
-You can contact us at support@raziapp.com to request complete data deletion, though this may affect historical records for other users

Razi currently operates in Morocco. Your data may be stored on servers located in EU West (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and in West EU (Ireland). By using Razi, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
