Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Razi Clients app and Razi Barbers app. By creating an account or using Razi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Razi Clients
Anyone aged 13 or older may use the Razi Clients app to book barbershop appointments.
1.2 Razi Barbers
The Razi Barbers app is restricted to:
Barbershop Owners: Individuals who own and operate barbershops
Barbers: Licensed professionals working in barbershops
Barber-Owners: Individuals who are both owners and practicing barbers
You must have legal authority to represent the barbershop you list on Razi.
2. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
— Provide accurate and complete information during registration
— Maintain the confidentiality of your password
— Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
— Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Services & Payments
3.1 Current Payment Model
Razi is currently free to use. All payments for services are made directly between clients and barbers in cash. Razi does not process payments or take a commission at this time.
3.2 Future Changes
We reserve the right to introduce fees, subscription plans, or commission structures in the future. You will be notified 30 days in advance of any changes.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Client Responsibilities
Booking Confirmation: You must confirm bookings through the app
Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel bookings until the countdown timer expires (shown in the app)
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up without canceling before the deadline, you will be marked as a "no-show"
Account Suspension: No-show will result in automatic account suspension by our system
4.2 Check-In Requirement
— Clients must scan their QR code at the barbershop before the appointment deadline
— Failure to scan results in a no-show status
4.3 Barber Responsibilities
— Barbers must honor confirmed bookings
— Barbers should maintain accurate availability in the app
— Barbers must check in clients using the QR code scanner
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
— Create fake bookings or accounts
— Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
— Use Razi for illegal purposes
— Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app
— Impersonate others
— Share explicit, violent, or offensive content
— Violate intellectual property rights
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1 No Liability for Barbershop Services
Razi is a booking platform only. We are not responsible for:
— Quality of haircuts or barbershop services
— Barbers failing to show up for appointments
— Disputes between clients and barbers
— Injuries or damages occurring at barbershops
— Lost or stolen property at barbershops
6.2 Use at Your Own Risk
Razi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
— Uninterrupted or error-free service
— Accuracy of barbershop information
— Availability of specific barbers or time slots
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in Razi (logos, design, text, graphics, code) is owned by Razi or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
8.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us at support@raziapp.com to attempt informal resolution.
8.3 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Moroccan law.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Note that soft-deleted accounts retain booking history as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
— Violate these Terms
— Engage in fraudulent activity
— Accumulate excessive no-shows (automated system)
— Pose a risk to other users or the platform
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app. Continued use of Razi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
